The Aalimah Course
Mission and Vision:
The primary objective of the Aalimah Course is to impart pure Islamic education to the learner in an environment of knowledge and taqwa. After spending a substantial time in the company of her teachers and mentors the student is now equipped and expected to assist, guide, and lead his/her community. He/she has been well groomed in the various fields of Islamic learning, behaviour, and spirituality. After the formal graduation, the new Aalimah now has the potential to progress academically and spiritually.
Girls/Ladies Curriculum:
Though all aspects of Islamic learning are encompassed, the course for girls is less intensive. There are certain Arabic textbooks which, in our opinion, considering the future position and role of our sisters and daughters, do not have to be studied extensively. However, no learning area has been omitted but has been trimmed to suit them.
The Curriculum (Briefly):
Our comprehensive course incorporates pure Islamic studies (the core) and some necessary aspects of secular or worldly sciences. The course, briefly, covers the following areas of learning.

About Tertiary Secular Studies
This institution does not encourage acquiring of a tertiary degree simultaneously. The Aalim course, as you may have observed, is demanding and we believe that two or more degrees can generally not be acquired at the same time. Many academics, both religious and secular, past and present have concurred with this view. These studies could be pursued later on.
